AHU Components
Air Intake: Air handling units capture outside air, which is treated and disseminated throughout the rooms and recycled indoor air.
Filter: The filter used will have a larger or lesser particle, virus, bacterium, smell, and other air pollutants retention based on the air purity needs.
Fan: The air is powered by an electromechanical mechanism that expels it from the AHU and into the ducts that distribute it throughout the rooms.
Heat Exchangers: They are devices that transfer temperature between two fluids separated by a solid barrier, in this case, coolant and air.
Cooling Coil: The air traveling through this module is cooled by a cooling coil. Water droplets can be formed during this process, and the built-in droplet separator collects them in a condensate tray.
Silencer: They are coatings that significantly reduce the installation's sound level.
Plenums: Empty places where the airflow is uniform.
