ServiceTitan, a provider of an all-in-one software for home HVAC, electrical, plumbing and a number of home service professionals, besides commercial contractor businesses has recently acquired CUC Software Inc..
FREMONT, CA: CUC Software Inc., an all-in-one service business software based in Billings, Montana, is now acquired by ServiceTitan.
The founders of both CUC Software and ServiceTitan had identified an urgent need for effective business management and software solutions, and this acquisition was a step towards achieving those.

Post-acquisition, CUC Software will continue to extend support to its customers until April 2020. A committee has been formed as part of the acquisition which will be responsible for ensuring that the shift is seamless for customers of CUC. Webinars are being developed to reveal more information on the merger.

Not only will both the enterprises be functioning hand-in-hand to ensure that the consumer shift process is flawless, but they will also be functioning together to make sure that the movement of customer data across platforms is thorough and safe.
CUC Software was incepted by Jack Vannoy and Carolyn Slayden in the early 1980s. Over the years, CUC has been striving to build personal relationships with customers and today, it has a huge client base. Post the acquisition by ServiceTitan, CUC would be looking forward to improved sales, enabling a motivated team and simpler management. For CUC, the acquisition wasn’t easy. However, the confidence in ServiceTitan made things less complicated. About thirty percent of the CUC clientele are customer-commercial focused businesses.
