As per the press release, Gary Kaplan, the president of AXA XL's North America Construction, thinks that various new technologies are accessible in today’s times, and therefore, it can become difficult for contractors to understand the technology that will be best for their operations. While developing the Construction Ecosystem's Tech Library, they have estimated and tested a wide range of technologies, such as Procore. It will help them understand technologies that will have the most significant risk-reducing impact on the clients' risk management efforts. Procore also has incredible risk-potential to decrease risks.
Justin Gress, AXA XL's Head of Strategic Operations, mentioned in a press release that in the construction market, the contractors have to deal with extreme profit margins, tight deadlines continuously, and labor markets. These issues can make project management more difficult in comparison with the earlier market. Verified technologies like Procore will help clients maintain better control of the project and help contractors keep the projects on schedule and evade expensive delays and subsequent losses.
The construction platform of Procore can connect and project teams and link employees from the office to the field and even across companies by offering a unified platform where they can work together to do what they do best and build. Procore also helps major stakeholders like general contractors, architects, owners, engineers, and specialty contractors to cooperate across locations and devices. The platform also assists enterprises in enhancing productivity and efficiency, decreasing rework and expensive delays, increasing safety and compliance, and improving financial transparency and accountability.
