Carrier and Clayton Home Building Group collaborate to provide SmartComfort for all off-site constructed Clayton Built homes.

FREMONT, CA:  Carrier and Clayton Home Building Group are partnering together to establish the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning) supplier relationship between them. Carrier, a well-known provider of heating and air-conditioning systems to residences, is conducting a national program with Clayton Home Building Group. The program is focused on the launch of an HVAC supplier relationship, to provide SmartComfort using Carrier brand products. The Carrier brand products include Carrier furnaces for all off-site constructed Clayton Built homes nationwide.

Carrier owes the pride of being founded by the inventor of modern air conditioning, with its expertise, provide sustainable solutions for residential, commercial, retail, transport, and food sectors. Their solutions integrate energy-efficient products, building controls, and energy services. The SmartComfort is offered exclusively to Clayton in the off-site built housing industry such that the offerings can run on the same technology featured across Carrier’s portfolio of products.

On the other hand, Clayton, founded in 1956, is a dedicated home builder committed to providing durability and high-quality Clayton Built homes. It offers traditional site-built homes and off-site built housing including modular houses, manufactured homes, tiny homes, college dormitories, military barracks, and apartments. Carrier and SmartComfort are registered trademarks of Carrier Corporation.
